Emmanuel Pahud, the great Geneva-born virtuoso, is next this year’s prestigious Artists-in-residence chosen by LuganoMusica. Pahud is an extraordinarily versatile musician, who pursues an intense career as a soloist between his concerts as First flute of the Berliner Philharmoniker. The "Baroque" flute is the protagonist of the first of his residency concerts in Lugano. Harpsichordist Christine Schornsheim and cellist Jonathan Manson will join Pahud for this concert comprising three Bach sonatas.
