Alfred Kallir, universally known as the leading specialist of alphabetical signs, has shown the varied nature of letters, "decomposed images" even before they become significant ingredients of the verbal message. Alpha-Beth intends to investigate the power and properties of letters with a sound and visual dramaturgy of the alphabet. This "holding together" – the main property of letters – becomes the pivot of the work. Not only because it is born "with four hands" from the minds of Manzitti and Barberis, but also because it relies on the presence of acoustics and electronics, vocal and instrumental.
